Perfect Fit for Garage

This lift has been a life saver. My Father In Law is wheelchair bound and we were pulling him up steps. Not fun or safe. Thank you!

Very satisfied, fine product!

Had some minor issues with FedEx shipping, as the lift was scheduled to arrive on a Friday but did not show up until the following Tuesday. But as far as the lift itself goes, I am totally satisfied with the product. The new version comes with side panels instead of hand rails and that's a good change. The only revision I would make to the installation instructions would be to not install the panel on the tower side, nor install the large front tower panel until you've made the necessary adjustment to the height limit switch. It's much easier to get at the switch and the attachment screws, making sure you have the correct upper stop limit set, and then install the large front tower panel and then the lift panel on the tower side. It's definitely a 2 person job to get the lift installed in the proper position, especially as mine was done inside a garage with a 36" travel height to the entry door. My wife totally loves it, and I feel safer with her not having to climb the stairs and have risks of falling (MS disability). She's not needing a wheel chair for now but it might be required in the future and we are ready for it if needed!
