Collection: Residential Wheelchair Lifts
Residential Wheelchair Lifts are most commonly installed adjacent to a porch, or in garages where the entry door to the home is raised above the garage floor. While these are the most simple applications, a vertical platform lift can be configured to function similarly to an elevator (up to 14 feet) at a fraction of the cost.
When pricing a residential wheelchair lift, there are three main considerations: lifting height, entry/exit configuration, and shipping costs. Based on your needs, we will recommend the appropriate lift and the options required for your application.
Shipping costs vary quite a bit depending on the make and model of the lift, so in almost all situations we will recommend the lift that comes to the lowest "out the door" price. Every lift we offer is manufactured to the highest standards, so there is really no preference between models, as they require little to no maintenance and come with fantastic warranties. For porch and garage installations, installation time is usually only a couple of hours and can be completed by many homeowners or a handyman.
